Shipping & Returns

I try to process all orders within 1-3 days of ordering. Shipping will typically take 3-5 days after that, so your order should arrive within 3-8 days after ordering.

I do everything I can to make sure your package arrives safely and intact. I highly recommend that all customers choose Route shipment protection during checkout. For a small fraction of your total price, you will be guaranteed a replacement if your shipment arrives broken.

If you do not choose Route shipping protection, I cannot replace any broken items. However, if you have purchased shipping protection or your item is defective, missing, or incorrect in some other way, please fill out the Return Request Form within 30 days of receiving your order, and I will process your return or exchange.
